Order took almost a week to get to my house, charging almost 20 dollars for what is supposed to be a 3 day shipping service is unprofessional since thats the only option given on your website thats my only complaint

We have an integration with UPS(which is what you shipped with) and that cost is rolled directly from them to our customers. We do not increase this cost.
