Online Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
Please note: For hygienic purposes, face masks and water bottles are not eligible for return or exchange in store or online.
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
We offer two effortless ways to return or exchange your order.
1. Head to our store!
To return or exchange your merchandise at our flagship store, please bring your items and receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your return must be made within 20 days of the order shipment date. After 20 days of your order shipment date, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Submit a return online!
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 20 days of the order shipment date. After 20 days of your order shipment date, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange!
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following step:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number and reason. Once your email is reviewed, we will email over a prepaid shipping label to have the item reshipped back to us.
Upon approval of your return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns and exchanges, a fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
